My Dreams Came True Because of You

This last weekend was FABULOUS!First I will tell you a little bit about it... Friday I went down to Provo and hung out with my basically brother, Andy. Then I went to dinner with my parents and a cute boy :) haha and went to a BYU Men's volleyball game...which was amazing! I LOVE volleyball. Maybe, just maybe, I got a little too into it and screamed a few times, not like they could hear me, but I must say volleyball is probably one of my passions. I went on a few adventures that night and had a total blast. Saturday I hung out with my family and went to a BYU basketball game. After the game my brother had a brilliant plan...He was going to wait for Jimmer to come out and drop his hat in front of him so that he would pick it up haha yep my brother is a genius! Sunday we decided to go to Music and the Spoken Word thinking we were going to watch the Tabernacle chior sing. Well we showed up and it was a recording, I guess you could say my brothers weren't too happy haha but it was funny. Anyways in short my weekend was the best! Now to what I really wanted to talk about...my family :)

This weekend my cousin and I had a long discussion how our family(as in extended) is different compared to a lot of others. We are a lot closer and we always know whats going on in each others life. I knew this before but for some reason it hit me that night, my cousins ARE my best friends. I have friends and roommates but no one can beat out my family. And quiet honestly, you must be one special person if I am hanging out with you over my family haha. I am not gonna lie, sometimes when I leave my family I feel like I am leaving apart of me. My family is always interested in my life, even if its teasing me about boys haha and I know that no matter what, I am always welcome to their house. Today I was looking at the Christus and I got an overwhelming feeling of how much the Savior loves me. He loves me so much he sent me to earth and gave me the family I have. I was overcome by the realization that the Atonement is real. That no matter what mistakes we make in life the Savior is there to help us. My brothers are crazy, my mom is my best friend and I am my daddy's little girl. I love my family to pieces... both extended and immediate :) I have no idea where I would be without them. They are my life, my support system, my best friends, and I am so happy we are close! Because of my family I know my wildest dreams will come true. Love you all!
