Easter

 Hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! We got to watch our nieces do a few different egg hunts and play some games. First we did a glow in the dark egg hunt in the church and then the girls played an easter game Mimi made up.

We played around until lunch was ready. The girls loved having Dal push them in the car.

The girls did the Bunny Hop and danced around for a little bit, and then we dyed eggs!

We ended with an egg hunt outside but sadly some eggs had gone missing and chocolate melted inside the eggs...oops!  I guess we learned our lesson! Sunday we just relaxed and went for a walk...I hope we get to keep this weather!

Winter Party

Every year over President's Day  weekend my family has a family reunion. We go skiing on Saturday and just chill with good company :) I LOVE family reunions besides the fact you get no sleep and we eat a lot of junk food.  So here are a few pics that I took (wish I would have taken more but I am still new at this). Thank you Shaina, she taught me how to shoot in manual! Sorry there are kind of a lot of pictures...but my family is too cute I couldn't help it!

 

   

My Dad reading to the kids, he is a sweetheart.  We played a lot of card games together like Golf, Nerts and 3 to 13 and stayed up way too late doing this. These cute girls had so much fun sledding and were lucky enough to have people at the bottom of the hill to drive them back up!

 On Sunday we have Family Home Evening together. We learned the "Thankful Heart" song thats on Veggie Tales

(we did sing it REALLY fast once but there was no video of that) 

spent some quality time with this cute boy :)

We had a really great weekend and were extremely sad to come back to reality.

Happy Day of Love

This year I did the 14 Days of Valentines again...if you haven't done this for your love ones, do it! It's fun and you will be looking forward to giving them there little valentine each day and they will be excited to get it :)

Yes they were all cheesy but it was fun! I ended will Gold fish and a tag that said 

"will you O'fish'ally be mine?" 

Love this boy :)

Pumpkin Carving

A few weekends ago we went to Layton to hang out with Dallin's family. Saturday we got to go to a pumpkin patch which was so fun and REALLY dusty! don't ask me why I chose to wear ALL black, obviously I wasn't thinking!

 Alissa's family joined us, aren't these two girls just adorable?!

 Sunday we carved the pumpkins we picked out :)

I think I go through phases and Dallin has the perfect faces for them... first: excited, second: ready to start, third: ready to be done haha

Even the girls carved/painted their pumpkins :)

Robin digging out the pumpkin guts...not my favorite part so Dallin did it for me :) what a nice husband! And this is the pumpkin she carved without a template, I think it turned out great!!

I bet you can guess which two are Dallin's and which one is mine :) yes mine is the less scary and very simple one!
